WE will meet at Tir Na nOg Irish pub shortly before 7pm for a drink. then walk with Wake County Pipes & Drums to Hargett Street " Stop into The Landmark pub.. onto The Cherry Bounce Festival" have a drink at in or outside The Raleigh Times. and onto The City Plaza for Raleigh WIDE OPEN.. then back to Tir Na nOg for more pipes & Drums followed by a CLASH TRIBUTE BAND

2nd Annual Toys for Tots Drive

The first will be held:
Sunday 7th December from 3 p.m to 6 p.m at Napper Tandy's Irish Pub
Enjoy Nappers Sunday drinks and appetizer specials

For all you golf fans Napper Tandy's is having a Golf outing on Monday November 3rd at noon
anyone interested can call Napper Tandy @ 919 833-5535 for details. All the Profits go to St Baldricks Cancer Research for Kids. They guarantee a good day thanks to lots of drinks. 70 people have signed up - hope to reach 100. so pony up you golf lovers.

Hi Every One

Please mark your calendars for our i st Expats International Picnic Day on Sunday October 5th. at
Raleigh Rugby Football Club Poole Rd 7417 . are allowing us to use their facility. Plenty of parking etc www.raleighrugby.com for directions

We plan on having games for kids - two-legged and egg races for every age. Tug of war and some Rugby scrimmage with other expats and international clubs.

It will be bring your own beverages (booze allowed) - food to feed you group - if you like to bring a grill that's good too. There will be a big grill available for use.
Business owners this will be a great chance net work - so bring your information/ wares and set shop

Time: Noon to 6: pm There will be a $5 entrance fee to cover event expenses.

If it is a rainy day we will meet at Napper Tandys Irish Pub at 2 p.m www.nappertandysirishpub.com

Enjoy a game of Volley Ball or Tennis ? a swim in the pool and for the bike lovers how about a few laps of Shelly Lake. The Club is just off the Shelly Lake Greenway and is in a secluded wooded area with lots of shade throughout the day.

For the little tikes we will have diving for coins, water balloon toss and the belly flop contests.

Grills are available ? so bring grilling meats of your choice and sides to go with. (Some thing nice we can all share) Don?t forget your beer and wine. Ice drinks available at pool.

Entrance Pool fee Three dollars per person ($3.00) More details to follow.

Also I would like some input on what kind of things we need to be doing. We are open to all suggestions.

How many of you would be interest in doing Gulf Deep Sea Fishing in September, no date fixed yet. The boat holds six to eight people plus the captain ? have enough for one boat already would like to have some more. E-mail at dutchrock2@yahoo.com if you are interested.

Another fun event is the City of Raleigh?s Concerts in the Park it?s a great place to have picnic while you listen to some great music. It?s also kid friendly.
