I am writing to invite your business to donate an item or gift certificate for our silent auction we are having here at the Centre on the 20th Jan 2008 during our Annual fundraising night.
This night will be one of our biggest events of the year and many of our members and friends will be attending. All auction items are donated by businesses like yours as well as some of our members.
Your business will be recognized on all promotional material received by the Club, members, and all attendees. Your donation will also be acknowledged in the Club newsletter and also on our web site.
The Ireland Supporters Club of Mississauga was established in 1994 and ever since we have been a strong Irish community for everyone to enjoy. Our club provides a place where you can socialize, listen to live music, look at the latest GAA games, Ireland Soccer matches and participate in many other events
However, today?s tough economic conditions make it difficult for the Ireland Supporters club to meet these needs without the help from people like you.
You can take pride in being a good corporate citizen and be aware that our members lean towards supporting local businesses that donate to The Ireland Supporters Club.
Please know that all contributions you make will positively impact the Ireland Supporters Club .I will follow up with you within the next two weeks to discuss your possible donation. Thank you for your thoughtful consideration of our request.
