Irish Society of Toronto + Celtic Firefighters Party

Special for St. Patrick's Day! The Toronto parade is on Sunday and we will join a party at Grace O'Malley's afterwards. The Toronto Firefighters Celtic Association use this pub for their post parade party. It is a family event with live music. There will also be a pipes and drums session. It makes for alot of fun!

Note the time change - we meet after the parade at 1:30pm and not in the evening. About 400 firefighters will arrive between 1:30pm and 2pm - after that it is really hard to get into the pub because they will be at capacity. So if you want to be sure you get in, then come before 2pm. If the doormen say "firefighters only" then say you are family (like cousins of a firefighter).

Some people requested that we meetup to watch the parade together before heading over to the pub. Details later on that one, but we will probably meet on Queen (between Yonge and Bay) as that would be close to the pub. The parade starts at 12 noon at St. George station, goes along Bloor to Yonge, then south on Yonge to Queen, and then west on Queen to University where it ends.
